Cinnamon Scroll Mug Cake
2 Tablespoons of almond meal
1 Tablespoon of vanilla protein powder
1 Tablespoon of water
1 Tablespoon of Natvia sugar
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
- In a mixing bowl combine the almond meal, egg, protein powder and water and mix until you reach a smooth batter.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and divide this into 3 starting with a layer at the bottom of the mug, followed by a spoon of the batter and so forth.
- Pop in the microwave for 60 seconds, and to serve flip upside down and out pops your cinnamon scroll.
