Ingredients

1 medium over ripe banana

½ cup of melted coconut oil

½ cup coconut milk

3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder

 

Makes 12 large squares

 

Directions

  1. Line a loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor combine all your ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into loaf tin and place in the freezer until firm. Once firm, cut into squares and keep stored in the freezer until you are ready to devour!
