1 medium over ripe banana
½ cup of melted coconut oil
½ cup coconut milk
3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
Makes 12 large squares
- Line a loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
- In a blender or food processor combine all your ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into loaf tin and place in the freezer until firm. Once firm, cut into squares and keep stored in the freezer until you are ready to devour!
